For your benefit and ours, bookings should be made by fax or email to avoid the inefficiencies of voice mail telephone tag. The form below will send your Program Booking request to the Bookings Office.

Before filling out the form, the following information should be taken into consideration when making your booking.

Black-out Dates

Programs do not run during the following dates.

• Winter: December 15, 2008 - January 9, 2009
• Spring: March 27 - April 13, 2009

Self-guided Program Costs

• $2.25 / Student - Self-Guided Only
• $1.75 / Student - If booked in combination with a Guided Program
