Jane Zoutman, a long time FortWhyte Alive Volunteer, has shared her many skills and talents over the years especially her passion for water gardening. Jane has been a guiding hand in the building and maintenance of FortWhyte’s beautiful demonstration ponds that inspire visitors to bring biodiversity home to their own backyards. Come and learn the benefits of adding the element of water into your landscape and see what species you can look forward to attracting.

Let your nature guide take you north to the Bison Prairie, the Tipi Encampment and the Pioneer Sod House … or south to the aspen forest for bird watching. Each walk is a new adventure!
