Manitoba Breeding Bird Atlas Project Launch

The Manitoba Breeding Bird Atlas is an ambitious five-year project that will rely in part on the help of citizen scientists in documenting the distribution and abundance of all breeding birds throughout Manitoba. This is your chance to be a part of one of the most comprehensive environmental monitoring projects ever undertaken in our province. We are proud to announce that we will be launching this exciting new initiative at FortWhyte Alive.

We are organizing a series of special presentations and workshops to demonstrate how easy, and how much fun, bird atlassing can be. www.birdatlas.mb.ca
