Join personal trainer, Jean-Francois Bérard as he leads you through a FortWhyte boot camp to get your heart pumping and the blood flowing. From branches to benches, boardwalks and rocks—learn how to use the forest to get your whole body in shape just in time for the warm weather. This six week program will progress with techniques and challenges for strength and endurance while taking advantage of working out in the great outdoors—rain or shine!
