Camp registration has never been easier! FortWhyte Alive is pleased to continue to offer families the convenience of free, secure online registration for all our camp programs.

To start your registration, simply create a free account for yourself with a unique user name and password. If you are a returning user, log in with your user name and password, or use the tools provided to retrieve them, in case they have been forgotten.  Next, fill in the registration forms on the web site. The information you enter and your payment is transmitted securely to FortWhyte.

Our system allows you to register all your children at one time without entering the same information multiple times, and lets you pay once with a single "shopping cart." You can save your unfinished forms to come back to them later and you can add other sessions after your original registration.

In addition, you can instantly see what camp sessions are currently available (full sessions will be greyed out). Our secure system is powered by CampBrain.

You can expect that a new registration will take about 10 minutes to complete. 

IMPORTANT: Parents must not register children from families other than their own using our online registration process. If you register a child from another family, neither registration will be accepted.

This is for two reasons:

1. The registration process includes completion of legal waivers and permissions, including a liability waiver, permission to use images for promotional purposes, and permission to secure medical treatment. These are legal agreements and cannot be approved by anyone other than the child’s parent or legal guardian.
2. The registration process allows for only one family’s contact information to be entered. This means that FortWhyte Alive will not have any emergency contact information for the child in question.

If a family registers a child other than their own, the registration will be invalid until that child’s parent/guardian provides FortWhyte Alive with contact information and signed waiver forms. Each family will be assessed a $25 administrative fee.
