FortWhyte Alive

Open 364 days per year, FortWhyte Alive enjoys over 100,000 annual visitors of all ages who observe, interact with and learn from our many indoor and outdoor interpretive exhibits.  As with our programming, FortWhyte’s exhibits are designed to engage the public in learning about the natural world, environmental issues, sustainable development and Manitoba’s heritage.  Exhibits include the Aquarium of the Prairies, the Tipi Encampment and Pioneer Sod House, the Bison Prairie and many more.
