You know your classroom, you love nature and history. With our enhanced expedition kit you can personalize your students experience at FortWhyte. New and improved this year, our self-guided programs have the resources you need to deliver a quality program to your students. All programs are linked to the Manitoba curriculum and are designed to be 1-3 hours long.

We provide:

•  a program outline available to download from our website: www.fortwhyte.org/selfguided
• pre-visit lessons and activities to prepare your students
• schedule of suggested activities
• map highlighting interpretive stops at indoor exhibits and along the trail
• expedition kit containing all the equipment you will need for your visit
• post-visit activities to use in the classroom

Fall self-guided programs will run September 22 - December 10, 2010

Winter self-guided programs will run January 12 - March 18, 2011
