Experience the fall migration at FortWhyte Alive.
Our experienced birding guides lead a sunrise hike for beginners and experts alike. Afterwards, compare checklists over a coffee or tea outside the Buffalo Stone Café.
Suggested for ages 10+, including adults and older adults.
All participants should review the ABA Code of Ethics before participation.
Bird photographers are welcome. Please review the Audubon Birding Photography Code of Ethics before participation.
Registration closes at 12pm the day before the session.
*September 9 session starts 15 minutes later to account for a later sunrise.

All group programming follows current public health regulations and guidelines regarding group sizes and physical distancing. Face masks are required inside all buildings at FortWhyte Alive. Visitors participating in programs and experiences assume risk associated with using shared equipment.
At this time, we are asking staff and volunteers showing any symptoms to stay home to protect our community. Programs may be cancelled or postponed if staff or volunteers are unavailable to lead them. All visitors registered for a program will be notified as far in advance of the cancellation as possible.
