Buffalo Stone Cafe Special Event

Join us for dinner during this magical time of year.

Enjoy lakeside views of the setting sun and thousands of migrating geese, complemented by a three-course dinner artfully prepared by the Buffalo Stone Café. The chefs of Diversity Foods will be creating two rotating menus throughout the five-week season.

Bookings are now open for this one-of-a-kind culinary experience.


Nightly feasts are held Wednesday to Sunday, from September 19 to October 21*

goat cheese, candied walnuts, maple balsamic dressing

Beef Bourguignon,
pearl onions, peas, rainbow carrots herbed ricotta gnocchi

Seared Steelhead Trout,
corn relish, sour cherry gastrique, sprouted lentil succotash

Chicken Breast Supreme
stuffed with cranberries 
and brie, herbed polenta, rainbow carrots

Creamy Basil Bucatini,
mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, artichokes, carrot and zucchini pearls, parmesan cheese

Lemon Tart with Meringue,
glazed raspberries, white

October 10 - October 21

cranberries, feta cheese, toasted pecans, honey lime vinaigrette

Arctic Char

Italian Herb-Roasted Pork Belly,
