Experience the flavours of India with the flavourful spinach dish cooked with paneer, an Indian cottage cheese.
You’ll learn to complement the dish with fragrant basmati rice with veggies and coconut chutney – a simple yet delicious chutney that’s great for your taste buds. In this class, you’ll learn to prepare these dishes from scratch using fresh ingredients.
This class will be hosted by Dr. Nandita Selvanathan, a biological research scientist whose work has taken her across India, Europe, and the United Kingdom. Thanks to her educational and cultural background, she can offer a uniquely detailed perspective on the customs and cuisine of her native land.
