Kombucha Making 101

Start your kombucha journey with this beginner home brewing class!

Learn to brew kombucha from home with this step-by-step class using organic ingredients with Allison Hay from Prism Kombucha. You’ll even get to sample a variety of Prism Kombucha products!

This class covers key ingredients and the brewing process but will also have a hands-on exploration of the intricacies of balancing acidity and sweetness in making a vibrant kombucha. At the end of the class, you’ll leave with 1 gallon of kombucha ready to take home for fermenting!
