Get in shape with this a one-of-a-kind outdoor bootcamp.
This six-week functional movement bootcamp will see you getting creative with trees, logs, axes, saws, and canoes for a wilderness-inspired workout comprised of mobility, strength and cardio training. Get your heart pumping, enjoy the outdoors and have fun in community.
As an added bonus, day one will be followed by an Open Fire Brewing lesson, leaving you with the opportunity to enjoy a celebratory pint of your Lumberjack Ale on the final day of the series.
Trainer Jeff Kearns (BKin) has over 12 years experience offering strength training and bootcamps. As the owner of True Strength + Conditioning, he leads this workout in community, bringing it back to basics in the great outdoors.
