Slow down and bathe in the beauty of nature that surrounds us.
Take a guided walk with Dr. Catherine Baxter, Assistant Professor of Nursing, and discover the practice of forest and nature therapy. Through a series of invitations explore ways to awaken your senses and relax your mind to promote health and wellbeing.
Forest and nature therapy is based on the Japanese Practice of Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing) that promotes physical and mental wellness by slowing down and immersing yourself in the beauty of the natural environment.
