Nordic walking is a social, low-impact physical activity that builds endurance and cardiovascular health and strength! This program promotes physical activity and leisure opportunities that can take place outdoors. It is a great way to get active on our 7km trail system! Join the group for some weekly outdoor fun, or just try it out once to see what all the buzz is about! Suitable for all exercise levels!
