Sara McIvor-Prouty will be leading the group through an Indigenous experience. Taking a walk through the forests of FortWhyte Alive and collecting ancient medicinal plants, you will learn about traditional remedies through tea making, and will get a chance to craft your own natural tea to take home. Finish the session with tipi teachings as told from this indigenous community member.
