Games, crafts, outdoor activities and interaction with FortWhyte Alive exhibits combine to make it fun to learn about nature and culture.
Member registration opens February 28 at 12pm. Public registration opens March 2 at 9am.

Kinder Camp is the perfect introduction to a summer camp experience for preschool children. Each day, campers will explore a new nature theme through hikes, crafts, and games. Kinder Campers do not participate in swimming. Children must be able to use the bathroom independently and be able to participate in full day programming.
Age: 4 – 5 years old (must be 4 years old at camp start date)

Rabbit Rangers provides full days of nature-based fun for kids entering grades one and two. Swimming, games, and arts and crafts are a part of each session. We’ll go on a voyageur canoe ride each week (weather permitting).

Campers entering grades three to five get a taste of adventure, along with our regular roster of nature-based program themes. Activities such as swimming, canoeing, archery, and crafts are included in each session.

Adventure awaits! Kids entering grades six to eight use mountain bikes on FortWhyte’s trails, explore tipis, canoe, kayak, and learn the importance of local ecosystems. Campers will learn enhanced paddling techniques and wilderness survival skills. Please note that all campers registering for Fox Bay must be able to ride a bike.
