Save water… and WIN a rain barrel!

Water is life. Chances are you’re aware of drought and lack of clean drinking water in far-off places around the globe and places closer to home, too. While these environmental issues have the tendency to make us feel powerless, there are many small actions we each can take to make a positive impact. Why not start by look at ways you can conserve clean water right at home?

While most of us are so lucky to have clean potable water available in plentiful amounts, it’s our responsibility not to flush that privilege down the drain.

The Family Leak Detector Challenge is a fun and easy activity that you complete in your own home, and it is a great way to involve your whole family in conserving precious water.

How to save water and WIN!

Here's how you and your family can participate:

  1. Check for leaks in toilets, taps and showers
  2. Fix any leaks to save water and money
  3. Share your results with us for our chance to win some rad prizes!

All participants will be entered to win a FortWhyte Alive rain barrel!

Other prizes include FortWhyte Alive memberships, and shower timers will be gifted to all participants.

Get started with the Leak Detector Challenge HERE!

Deadline for entry is March 31, 2018.
