FortWhyte was a great location for our two day corporate retreat! This was the first time our team had met together in six months and it was an enjoyable, productive two days. We very much enjoyed the bison safari, as well as the mindfulness walk through the park on a beautiful fall day!

This open concept reception centre is home to the Buffalo Stone Café, Albrechtsen Hall and The Nature Shop.

A large deck with seating cantilevers over the lake, along with the adjoining Buffalo Rubbing Stone Plaza, can extend your event outdoors. We can accommodate groups from 40 to 110 for plated dinners, 140 for cocktails or outdoor barbeques for after-hours private functions.

An elegant table setting outside on FortWhyte Alive's lakeside patio.

The room was well set up to ensure that we could maintain physical distance, and a web camera and microphones were provided so that people could connect to the meeting remotely if necessary. Staff was very careful about following safety guidelines, including the catering service and the excursions.
