Sustainability in the Kitchen

Learn how to shop local and sustainable, conserving resources in your home kitchen, and how to dish up a delicious meal made from leftovers.

About the Presenter

Owen Campbell is a self-taught chef who runs the kitchen program at FortWhyte Farms.  He is passionate about food justice, food security, food sustainability, and most importantly, teaching youth how to cook.
