Today, our natural spaces are under pressure, and the gap between children and the outdoors is wider than ever.

Nature doesn’t take a season off. The trails need tending in the winter, the bison need care in the spring, and the prairie needs restoration in the summer. To keep FortWhyte thriving, we need a community that is as relentless as the seasons. You can be that champion.

HOW YOU HELP

At FortWhyte Alive, we know how to protect this land and inspire the people who walk it. But our efforts are dependent on a committed, passionate community of monthly donors known as The Giving Grove.

  • Provide Steady Care: Your monthly gifts allow FortWhyte to show up every day and maintain the 7km of trails and habitats where wildlife thrives.
  • Create Long-Term Impact: By giving monthly, you invest in long-term conservation solutions and environmental research to protect our biodiversity for good.
  • Educate Future Leaders: You ensure that thousands of children receive outdoor education and forest school programming so they grow up as stewards of the earth.

Protect Nature Every Month

Here’s what your monthly support can do:

  • $100/month – Provides students with environmental education experiences that result in lasting appreciation and stewardship of our planet.
  • $50/month – Helps nurture the trails that inspire connection, adventure, and a love of nature.
  • $25/month – Supports FortWhyte Farms programming that connects students with hands-on learning outside of the classroom.
  • $15/month – Contributes to essential research to monitor the health of our lakes and forests.

 

 

As a Giving Grove member, you will support FortWhyte in protecting our urban lands every month—and help ensure nature remains a sanctuary for everyone. In addition, you will join a committed community of protectors who are on a journey of making conservation sustainable.

JOIN THE GIVING GROVE

You are always in the driver’s seat of your generosity—you can easily adjust or pause your gift at any time with a quick call to Sandy Fox at 204-989-8355 ext, 205.   You will also receive an annual tax receipt for your generous contributions in February of the next year.
